Tardor Roselló, a talented graffiti artist and muralist from La Xara near Dénia, has made a name for himself with his impressive murals. His works not only adorn the facades of his home town, but can also be admired in Dénia, Jesús Pobre, l'Alcúdia de Crespins and Benigembla. In Benigembla in particular, he left a lasting impression as part of the BIMAU festival.
Tardor already showed a passion for drawing at a young age. At 16, he discovered the world of graffiti and began transferring his sketches into large-format 3D motifs on walls. His art has continued to evolve, with many of his works telling profound stories. On closer inspection, they reveal subtle messages, often with political or socially critical content, which are depicted both boldly and humorously.
A remarkable chapter in Tardor's career was his stay in Dresden. There he created an impressive 3D mural that was intended to draw attention to the rise of right-wing movements. Although he encountered hostility there, he regards the experience as instructive and emphasises the positive aspects. „That's the risk of an artist working on the street,“ reflects Tardor.
Today, Tardor lives in Madrid, but remains closely connected to the Costa Blanca. His works are an integral part of the cityscape and invite viewers to immerse themselves in the stories he tells with his colours.
