From jazz evenings and open-air cinema to traditional patron saint festivals - August and September offer a colourful programme in Calpe, Altea, Jávea, Benidorm & Co.
Whether atmospheric village festivals, top-class concerts, international folklore or open-air film nights - the Costa Blanca is home to one highlight after another during the summer months. Between August and September, towns such as Calpe, Altea, Villajoyosa, La Nucía, Dénia, Benidorm and many more are transformed into lively stages for music, culture, gastronomy and customs. Here is an overview of the most important dates
- The Calpe Pop Festival will be held in the Parc de la Creativitat on 14 and 15 August.
- On 02, 09, 16, 23 and 30 August there will be a guided tour of the old town of Calpe.

- On 26 August in Calpe - Concert „Eterno Mecano“ by the Banda de Música

- On 30 August, the play „Corta el Cable Rojo“ takes place in Calpe.

- From 15 to 17 August, the Partida Els Arcs celebrates the festival in honour of Sant Isidre - a tribute to the patron saint of farmers, with music, religious acts and feasts in a rural atmosphere.
