Het restaurant maakt deel uit van een succesverhaal dat in 2008 begon in Moraira en zich heeft voortgezet via D\u00e9nia, J\u00e1vea, Valencia en Benidorm naar de kust van Albir. De filosofie is op alle locaties hetzelfde gebleven: een eerlijke keuken, authentiek van smaak en bereid met verse ingredi\u00ebnten.<\/p><p>Gasten ervaren hier een keuken die veel verder gaat dan het gebruikelijke beeld van een \u201ecurryhuis\u201c. De Nepalees-Indiase keuken combineert milde en sterke specerijen, aardse smaken en fijne kruidentoetsen om een uitgebalanceerde smaakervaring te cre\u00ebren. Op het menu staan klassiekers zoals de romige Butter Chicken, Lamb Rogan Josh met tomaten en kruiden uit Noord-India of de Goan Prawn Curry, die verrast met kokosmelk, currybladeren en een vleugje limoen. De gerechten uit de tandoori-oven zijn bijzonder populair - zoals kip tikka sizzler of lam sekuwa, knapperig van buiten, mals en smaakvol van binnen.<\/p><p>Momo's, malse, handgevormde knoedels gevuld met vlees of groenten en gekookt in stoom, zijn een must. smaakvol, maar nooit overladen.<\/p><p>De sfeer van Kathmandu Albir is rustig, modern en aangenaam pretentieloos. Warme kleuren, heldere lijnen en subtiele muziek cre\u00ebren een sfeer die ruimte laat voor het belangrijkste - het eten. De porties zijn royaal, de prijzen eerlijk en iedereen die het menu uitprobeert ontdekt al snel dat ze werken met consistentie en kwaliteit.<\/p><p>Er komen regelmatig veel gasten - zowel inwoners van Albir, Benidorm of Altea als bezoekers uit het achterland.
