In Vall de Laguar, Xal\u00f3 en Orba houden familiebedrijven oude recepten in leven.<\/p><p>Ca Rabosa, Segu\u00ed of Fernando Pastor zijn namen die staan voor ambachtelijke productie - voor longanizas, sobrasadas en figatells die een vaste plek hebben op markten en festivals.<\/p><p><strong>Plezier met handenarbeid<\/strong><br \/>Olie en embutidos vertellen verhalen van geduld, van traditionele kennis en van mensen die vasthouden aan hun manier van produceren.
