Volgens een analyse van Fotocasa steeg de prijs van gebruikt vastgoed in de provincie Alicante met gemiddeld 21,3%, terwijl het nationale gemiddelde slechts 8,4% bedroeg. De regio registreerde dus de sterkste prijsstijging in Spanje. toeneemt.<\/p><p><strong>Gevolgen voor de lokale bevolking<\/strong><br \/>Veel lokale bewoners moeten uitwijken naar goedkopere locaties zoals Castalla of Xixona om een betaalbare woning te vinden. Tegelijkertijd dringen investeerders de markt op, wat de prijzen verder opdrijft.<\/p><p>De vastgoedsector heeft het over een \u201eperfecte storm\u201c.
