Landwirtschaft ist in beiden Regionen nicht nur Versorgung, sondern Identit\u00e4t \u2013 und genau diese Allt\u00e4glichkeit macht sie so besonders.<\/p><p><strong>Goldene Fr\u00fcchte aus Callosa<\/strong><br \/>In der Marina Baixa liegt die Wiege einer Frucht, die l\u00e4ngst Exportstar geworden ist: der N\u00edspero. In Callosa d\u2019en Sarri\u00e0 reifen jedes Fr\u00fchjahr Millionen dieser kleinen, orangefarbenen Fr\u00fcchte. Was fr\u00fcher eine lokale Besonderheit war, ist heute ein international gefragtes Produkt, organisiert von der Kooperative Ruchey, die Bauern und M\u00e4rkte verbindet.<\/p><p><strong>Reis aus dem Marjal de Pego<\/strong><br \/>Wenige Kilometer weiter n\u00f6rdlich, in der Marina Alta, wird eine alte Tradition neu belebt: der Anbau von Arroz Bomb\u00f3n im Naturpark Marjal de Pego-Oliva. Einst fast verschwunden, hat die Sorte dank Projekten wie Pego Natura ein Comeback gefeiert. Sie pr\u00e4gen nicht nur die Landschaft, sondern auch viele Speziali\u00adt\u00e4ten \u2013 vom frischen Orangensaft bis zum s\u00fc\u00dfen Turr\u00f3n, f\u00fcr den Mandeln unverzichtbar sind.<br \/>Die Landwirtschaft der Marina Alta und Marina Baixa ist also weit mehr als blo\u00dfe Versorgung.
