Pas de lampions rouges, pas de dragons dor\u00e9s \u2013 mais des lignes \u00e9pur\u00e9es, beaucoup de bois et une ambiance ouverte et accueillante. La salle de restaurant est moderne, et la grande terrasse semble faite pour les longues soir\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. \u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoute une \u00e9quipe aimable, attentive et agr\u00e9ablement discr\u00e8te : on s\u2019y sent imm\u00e9diatement bienvenu, sans que l\u2019ambiance ne soit guind\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Die Speisekarte? Ein kulinarischer Grenzgang, der bewusst \u00fcber das Erwartbare hinausgeht. Neben Klassikern wie Sushi oder Gyoza stehen Gerichte, die man so hier nicht vermutet: Austern in Tempura, frittierte Jakobsmuscheln, knusprige Algen oder Croquetas caseras mit Ente. Schon die Vorspeisen zeigen, dass hier jemand mit Mut und Kreativit\u00e4t am Werk ist. Auch die Hauptspeisen sind alles andere als Routine \u2013von der klassischen Pekingente in hervorragender Qualit\u00e4t, Nudeln mit knackigem Bio-Gem\u00fcse \u00fcber H\u00e4hnchen im thail\u00e4ndischen gr\u00fcnen Curry bis zum perfekt gegarten Rinder-Filet mit Sha-Cha-Sauce. Die Qualit\u00e4t der Zutaten ist durchweg hoch.<\/p><p>Auch wer Sushi liebt, findet hier spannende Varianten \u2013 etwa die \u201eUromaki Albufera\u201c-Rolle mit Aal oder die Nigiri \u201eFoie\u201c mit Entenleber. Der Reis ist perfekt gegart, der Fisch frisch und aromatisch \u2013 und wie bei allem im Beniasia steckt auch hier viel Liebe im Ein Finale, das mehr an eine franz\u00f6sische P\u00e2tisserie erinnert als an ein asiatisches Lokal \u2013 und gerade deshalb so besonders ist.<\/p><p><strong>Ein Weinkeller als Zusatz-Juwel<\/strong><br \/>Direkt neben dem Restaurant betreibt die Familie Huang einen eigenen Weinkeller mit internationaler Auswahl \u2013 von spanischen Spitzenweinen bis zu Champagnern wie dem \u201eAndr\u00e9 Robert Blanc de Blancs\u201c. Wer Lust auf eine K\u00fcche mit asiatischen Wurzeln, internationalem Anspruch und viel Liebe zum Detail hat, sollte hier unbedingt Platz nehmen \u2013 auch wenn der Weg ein kleiner Umweg sein mag. Dank der Mischung aus moderner Atmosph\u00e4re, kreativen Gerichten, exzellenter Produktqualit\u00e4t und einem au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Preis-Leistungs-Verh\u00e4lt\u00adnis geh\u00f6rt das
