En L'Alf\u00e0s del Pi, por ejemplo, la bodega Enrique Mendoza es un referente de tecnolog\u00eda moderna de bodega y estilo internacional. En Sella, a los pies de la Sierra de Aitana, peque\u00f1os productores como Mas de Sella experimentan con la altitud y nuevas cuv\u00e9es o la Bodega Masos Guadelest en el impresionante ambiente sobre el pueblo de monta\u00f1a de Guadelest.<\/p><p><strong>M\u00e1s que un producto<\/strong><br \/>Ya sea la mistela de la Marina Alta o los modernos tintos de la Marina Baixa, el vino es aqu\u00ed un bien cultural.
