No como un folleto de vacaciones, sino como una mirada entre bastidores, al lugar donde se elaboran productos que de otro modo s\u00f3lo ver\u00eda como guarnici\u00f3n en el puesto del mercado. Desde Moscatel y N\u00edsperos hasta el chocolate de Villajoyosa, la serie muestra lo que es t\u00edpico y lo que hace tan diferentes a estos dos vecinos.<\/p><p>La Marina Alta, en el norte, se caracteriza por monta\u00f1as, valles y un paisaje agreste que siempre ha exigido mucho de las personas, y es precisamente esto lo que ha dado lugar a una notable cultura de autosuficiencia. Vi\u00f1edos, olivares y arrozales se extienden hasta la Marjal de Pego. La artesan\u00eda y las peque\u00f1as explotaciones han caracterizado la regi\u00f3n hasta nuestros d\u00edas.<\/p><p>La Marina Baixa, en cambio, se abre al sur y combina la tradici\u00f3n agr\u00edcola con la vida urbana. Aqu\u00ed crecen los dorados n\u00edsperos de Callosa d'en Sarri\u00e0 y se procesan c\u00edtricos y almendras. Y aqu\u00ed, en Villajoyosa, se respira aroma desde el\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e73a17f e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"e73a17f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7226514 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7226514\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Siglo XIX despu\u00e9s del cacao: la ciudad es la capital espa\u00f1ola del chocolate y sede de marcas como Valor y Marcos Tonda.<\/p><p>Ambas regiones difieren en su topograf\u00eda y orientaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, pero juntas forman un panorama de diversidad. Desde la dulce mistela de Xal\u00f3 hasta el arroz de Pego y las cestas h\u00e1bilmente tejidas de Gata de Gorgos, la gama de productos no s\u00f3lo llena, sino que tambi\u00e9n cuenta historias: de clima, suelo, empresas familiares y un especial sentido de la calidad.<\/p><p>Este n\u00famero de CBM se centra precisamente en estas particularidades. En los siguientes art\u00edculos, le llevaremos a los huertos y arrozales, a las bodegas y almazaras, a las f\u00e1bricas de chocolate de Villajoyosa y a los talleres de artesanos que combinan tradici\u00f3n y modernidad.<\/p><p>Porque lo t\u00edpico de la Marina Alta y la Marina Baixa no s\u00f3lo significa lo que hay en el plato, sino tambi\u00e9n c\u00f3mo vive la gente y c\u00f3mo
