El restaurante Maxim de Moraira demuestra que no hace falta un paquete sorpresa ni un teatro de alta cocina para disfrutar de la buena comida. <br \/>Aqu\u00ed, los comensales pueden elegir libremente de la carta, confeccionar su propio men\u00fa personalizado... y obtener mucho por un precio agradablemente justo. El precio de salida: entre 25 y 29 euros por tres platos, seleccionados de una carta claramente estructurada. Quienes opten por ingredientes m\u00e1s exquisitos, como vieiras o filete de ternera, pagar\u00e1n un moderado recargo. Pero incluso sin costes adicionales, la selecci\u00f3n es lo suficientemente amplia como para volver, sin repetir.<\/p><p>Cocina con ambici\u00f3n, pero sin apariencia<br \/>Lo que acaba en los platos es doblemente convincente: visualmente bien presentado, limpiamente compuesto en t\u00e9rminos de sabor. hasta las carrilleras de ternera al vac\u00edo con foie gras, el costillar de cordero o el filete de merluza de pincho, pasando por la tarta de queso casera, la pi\u00f1a colada reestructurada o una fina selecci\u00f3n de quesos para terminar.<br \/>Se pueden saborear los productos frescos que se utilizan aqu\u00ed, y el hecho de que la cocina no est\u00e9 escenificada sino centrada marca la diferencia.<br \/><br \/><strong>Servicio atento, terraza tranquila<\/strong><br \/>El ambiente de Maxim es agradable y sin pretensiones. El servicio est\u00e1 presente, es amable y extremadamente atento. Si toma asiento en la terraza, le sorprender\u00e1 lo tranquilo que es sentarse aqu\u00ed, aunque la calle est\u00e9 a la vista. Interior: moderno, con estilo, pero sin pasarse. Exterior: un lugar resguardado y agradablemente ventilado.<\/p><p>Conclusi\u00f3n: <br \/>Un lugar para reincidentes<br \/>Maxim hace muchas cosas bien, precisamente porque no tiene que montar un espect\u00e1culo. El concepto del men\u00fa es sencillo, la relaci\u00f3n calidad-precio es absolutamente correcta y la cocina cumple lo que promete. Si quieres comer bien con regularidad y sin complicaciones, no tardar\u00e1s en convertirte en un cliente
