Seg\u00fan un an\u00e1lisis de Fotocasa, las viviendas usadas en la provincia de Alicante subieron de precio una media de 21,3%, mientras que la media nacional fue de s\u00f3lo 8,4%. La regi\u00f3n registr\u00f3 as\u00ed el mayor incremento de precios de Espa\u00f1a. En La Nuc\u00eda y El Verger, los precios han subido incluso un 82,6 % y un 81,2 % respectivamente, lo que supone un salto enorme.<\/p><p><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 suben los precios?<\/strong><br \/>Los expertos ven una mezcla de factores:<br \/>Escasez de oferta: los solares dif\u00edcilmente asequibles y los elevados costes de construcci\u00f3n frenan la nueva construcci\u00f3n,
