Seg\u00fan las \u00faltimas estad\u00edsticas del Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos T\u00e9cnicos de Alicante (COATA), D\u00e9nia registr\u00f3 el segundo mayor n\u00famero de inicios de construcci\u00f3n en el segundo trimestre de 2024 con 327, s\u00f3lo superada por la ciudad de Alicante con 345. En comparaci\u00f3n con zonas mucho m\u00e1s pobladas como Torrevieja y Elx, que son significativamente inferiores en t\u00e9rminos de inicios de construcci\u00f3n, esto demuestra el enorme dinamismo de esta regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<!-- ai-h1words -->\n<p>La Marina Alta, especialmente D\u00e9nia, est\u00e1 mostrando un animado desarrollo con numerosos proyectos de nueva construcci\u00f3n y una creciente actividad constructora, que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 impulsando X\u00e0bia y Calp; el dinamismo indica una demanda creciente, mientras que el desarrollo subraya la importancia comarcal.<\/p>\n<!-- \/ai-h1words -->\n\n<p>Las cifras de actividad de la construcci\u00f3n del segundo trimestre de 2024 muestran un fuerte comportamiento en los municipios de la Marina Alta. Adem\u00e1s de D\u00e9nia, Calp y X\u00e0bia tambi\u00e9n registran un crecimiento considerable. Calp ocupa el sexto lugar con 145 obras iniciadas y X\u00e0bia el s\u00e9ptimo con 133. En comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o anterior, los incrementos son especialmente notables: mientras que D\u00e9nia pas\u00f3 de 260 a 327 inicios de construcci\u00f3n, Calp experiment\u00f3 un enorme aumento de 7 a 145 y X\u00e0bia de 30 a 133.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-babe8ae e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"babe8ae\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-905240a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"905240a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Otros municipios de la Marina Alta como Benitatxell, Verger y Pedreguer-Gata tambi\u00e9n han registrado un crecimiento significativo, aunque las cifras absolutas sean inferiores. En comparaci\u00f3n, las promociones de Teulada Moraira, Benissa y Pego se han mantenido estables.<\/p><p>El atractivo general de la regi\u00f3n de los puertos deportivos desempe\u00f1a un papel decisivo en la estabilizaci\u00f3n de la actividad constructora en la provincia de Alicante.<\/p><p>A pesar de que se prev\u00e9 un descenso de la actividad constructora, las estad\u00edsticas del segundo trimestre de 2024 muestran que se ha alcanzado el segundo mejor trimestre de los \u00faltimos 15 a\u00f1os, con 2.689 viviendas nuevas, s\u00f3lo superado por 2023. El presidente del Colegio de Arquitectos T\u00e9cnicos de Alicante, Carlos Casas, destac\u00f3 el car\u00e1cter excepcional de este trimestre, que muestra un alto volumen de actividad, pero que sigue reflejando un ligero descenso respecto al a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p><p>El descenso de la actividad constructora en el conjunto de la provincia respecto a 2023 se debe principalmente a la reducci\u00f3n en el Baix Segura. Por el contrario, las dos comarcas de La Marina registraron un aumento de 36 % respecto al a\u00f1o anterior, lo que la convierte en la zona m\u00e1s activa de la provincia. En total, se iniciaron 859 viviendas, la mejor cifra para un segundo trimestre en esta comarca desde 2018.<\/p><p>Las estad\u00edsticas anuales del Colegio de Aparejadores para 2024 tambi\u00e9n confirman las tendencias: aunque D\u00e9nia registr\u00f3 un ligero descenso en el primer trimestre, la actividad de la construcci\u00f3n se mantiene en un nivel elevado. Los espectaculares aumentos en Calp, X\u00e0bia y Benitatxell subrayan el continuo dinamismo de la regi\u00f3n.
