The restaurant is part of a success story that began in Moraira in 2008 and has continued through D\u00e9nia, J\u00e1vea, Valencia and Benidorm to the coast of Albir. The philosophy has remained the same at all locations: honest cuisine, authentic in taste and prepared with fresh ingredients.<\/p><p>Visitors here will experience cuisine that goes far beyond the usual image of a \u201ecurry house\u201c. Nepalese-Indian cuisine combines mild and strong spices, earthy aromas and delicate herbal notes to create a balanced taste experience. The menu features classics such as creamy butter chicken, lamb rogan josh with tomatoes and spices from northern India, and Goan prawn curry, which surprises with coconut milk, curry leaves and a hint of lime. Particularly popular are the dishes from the tandoori oven \u2013 such as chicken tikka sizzler or lamb sekuwa, crispy on the outside and tender and aromatic on the inside.<\/p><p>The momos, delicate, hand-formed dumplings filled with meat or vegetables and steamed, are a must-try.
