In places like X\u00e0bia, Pedreguer and Benissa, high-quality oils are produced - some organically, others with a focus on old varieties. <br \/><br \/>Brands such as Oli de X\u00e0bia or Tossut dels Pouets stand for a mixture of tradition and experimentation.
