This year, Spain's new Family Law (Ley de Familias) comes into force \u2013 and it could bring about lasting change to family policy in the country. The law is primarily intended to support women who wish to have children. This includes:

The objective is clear:<\/em> Having children should not remain an unattainable dream, but rather a genuine option \u2013 regardless of income and family status.
