La Zenia
<\/strong>La Zenia is a compact coastal section of the municipality of Orihuela Costa. The town has a tidy, well-organised feel and is strongly influenced by daily life: short distances to the coast, services in the immediate vicinity and an international environment that defines everyday life. The development is modern, many of the streets are well laid out and the connections to Torrevieja and Pilar de la Horadada are reliable.<\/p>

Everyday life in a mixed residential area
<\/strong>La Zenia is not a historic place, but a residential area that has developed into a stable centre of life over the years. Many people stay for the long term: Spanish families, newcomers from northern Europe, professionals who commute along the N-332 and residents who have found their centre of life here.<\/p>

The infrastructure is geared towards everyday life: small surgeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, craft businesses, sports facilities and restaurants that are more of a neighbourhood character than a tourist destination. Many things can be done on foot, the rest is just a few minutes away by car.<\/p>
